Return and Replacement Policy
We allow returning of items only if they are still sealed and unused. The return of the product must be subjectively reasonable.They would have to be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returning it intact and unused will allow a full refund or a replace. You will have to inform us of a reason for return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. It is in our managements full discretion make the final decision in relation to return of a product post understanding the request in detail. You can always contact us for further details.
Should I pay to return my product?
If the product is being returned for any reason other than the delivery being the Expired/Wrong item, a customer has to take care of the postal charges for the returning the item.
Why has my order been cancelled?
There are very few chances of your orders being canceled and it happens for unusual cases such as the ordered product being out of stock or the provided payment details being invalid. If this is to happen, we will inform you immediately via email and you will have the paid amount reimbursed.
How can i cancel or amend my order?
Canceling orders should be done instantly because of our orders being dispatched within a day.
